I m satisfy staying here last night

I arrived jorhat at 3. 30 am 29 november 2024 but hotel manager asked me hotel gate not opened before 5. 00 am. So early morning i booked another hotel. My child and me waiting more time on road

The hotel is very bad. There is no ac in hotel but you have mentiond it that ac is there. The cushion of bad is vary hard like stone and the pillow were so bad and dirty. We had decided to leave the hotel after just 5 minutes stay and then stayed in onther hotel. My money had gone without staying. We will not recommend make my trip ap and will promote to boycott this app.

Poor hygiene. I booked by paying but i did not take the hotel due to poor hygiene maintenance. Shut up

The room is full of smell, not worth even of 200- per day

Ac was not working, when complained they didn't pay any attention, even didn't change the room. Bathroom door can't be closed, as the hooks are not good. No maintenance at all. No cleanliness. For more kindly call me

This was my first experience in staying in a hotel in jorhat, and it was really good and was very affordable. I am from delhi, but when i planned to travel to jorhat then i found this hotel, and the overall experience was good. The room was clean, the food was tasty, and the staff was very helpful.
