Review Of hotel heritage

Your team did not respond to my phone call. Sorry to say that. I have a claim of money because i checked out one day earlier from hotel heritage in jorhat assam.

2km from railway station and near dc office

Costly compared to facilities. Hotel rooms are not clean as shown in the pictures. Toiletries were not available there. Waste of money.

Old astc bus stand which is nearby

Me and my buddy this property for a single day stay. The property is too old and not well maintained. It was once a very good hotel with well behaved staff. But now you won't find this property too well suited nor any well behaved staff. The manager himself, mr. Sharma is rude.

Well. I’m a travel agent & the exeperience that we can share is based on what guest say us, guest told me the the hotel was pathetic, the bed sheets stinks / the food was okay, the rooms were stinking over all they are very unhappy to choose us as a travel agent. Who do we blame ? ourselves ? why ? because we trusted you guys. No thanks

Not good. It was not upto the

Hotel management was poor, i had to wait outside the room standing with my luggage, while the housekeeping cleaned the house after informed about the room not ready. There was no toiletry provided. The bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly. Room was provided in the 4th floor, but the lift was not operational, hence had to every time had to walk the stairs.
