Review Of Crystal

Yesterday, i booked a crystal guest house & banquet hall in vyara, hotel was founded on make my trip app, at time my family were in nashik maharashtra. At time i was severe time called to hotel reception number from 5 :pm to 11 :pm and number was out of teachable, then my family arrived to the hotel a little past 11:30 pm. The reception staff (man or manager) was very rude and theory use abusive talk with me or my family then i was telling him we are professional doctor famity so don't talk like this abusive comments. Then my family decided to find another hotel in vyara then i was requested to refunded all payment but reception man ignored ane talk like ( payment to n hi refund hoga apko dusri hotel main jana ho to ch-ale jao) like this pass the comment. Then my dad said don't talk with him. Let's change the hostel, the i was booked other hotel. My family was suffered with very bad experience with this crystal hotel so we are not recommended this hotel for family guests.

Mosquitoes problem

We were a group of 14 cycling group. This was our third day stop on the way to statue of unity. The hotel is pretty decent and close to market area. Nearby hotels are there to have food. Just a walk away. Overall a good stay !

Room is clean. The staff is friendly. All over room is good.

Location was convenient to find, food i have not ordered but there was a menu of near by restaurant, hygiene was as per covid standards.

Budget hotel cost effective value for money. But every thing is chargeable including water

The staff shows a very poor behaviour towards its customers. They don't have there own kitchen, all the meals were ordered from outside restaurants and the breakfast was brought from roadside thela. They reception guy was rude in behaviour. The worst experience in terms of stay, food and service.

Room are of good size, with all the amenity, I booked with breakfast but is not providing breakfast. Never book with breakfast. Book directly, it's cheaper then make my trip.

Best place to stay and nearby hotel for snack Bhavsar farsan is a good hotel nearby for gujarati snacks at bhavsar.

Hotel does not have its own kitchen. Staff is of no use if you plan to order food from the hotel.

The location is very good and right in the center of the town. Hassle-free Guest House. Clean and spacious.

Nice for accommodation only, staff behavior is moderate. Restourent should be accompanied with the hotel.
