No hot water. Frequent power cuts. No lift

Restaurant suite rooms are very small, no aircondition in the room no fan in the living room area, whole night no electricity, no one picked call after 12am in the night, load shedding in afternoon also for 1 hour, poor service. Waste of money, no value for money on this hotel

The property is in proper good location easy to communicate with ease in proper centre of town

Very good hotel in the market areas. The staff are very cooperative and respect their guests in every corner, i recommend this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Location ( reception at 2nd floor) ambiance, service terrible. In breakfast, only puri bhaji & eggs were served. Just waste of money.

Our stay at crescent international hotel was very pleasant. Hotel was in the main town of kohima. Just a km away from the war cemetery. Staff were very helpful. They have restaurant too. Food here was delicious.
