Review Of Cozy &Homely Stay| 3BR APT W/Free Parking, AC&Wifi

Very disappointed 😞 there was already one couple inside the room. They have use the room bed everything and the room keeper didn't come to clean the room and ask to stay in the room. We didn't stay there because of that reason. Very disappointed. We have booked the room and why there is still someone inside. Owner must check before handing the room to us. We didn't stay in the room. And we didn't got the money refund

The homestay building is new with new clean painted walls with nice interior and a good working filter for drinking and refrigerator. The space is spacious and the owner is able to be reached with a call. However their is some improvement which can be done, the bathrooms could be cleaner with good bidet and flush, and some of the rooms lights are not working, one ceiling room fan needs to be checked as it makes so much noise and no cool air. The kitchen induction stove doesn’t work. It would be better if their is a mentioning of the exact location of the apartment like the block number, level and room number, rather than asking the owner, which is quiet troublesome for the customer

My parents were left stranded at night as the host switched off their phone and did not answer any of our call.

I couldn't find the address and the owner didn't attend the call. After some calls, he blocked my number. I lost the money that i paid for this. I happened to book another room in a different hotel. This one is so the worst and terrible.

It was a great stay. The place is clean and loaded with all the required amenities. The check in was also hassle free. Overall a perfect place for stay. I will rate 5/5.

The room was pretty good with a 3 bedroom option to stay and all the amenities are available for urgent needs like extra blankets, bedsheets, kitchen utensils, wifi etc and located at a good place but the tv was not working and the bathroom was not so clean. I have already given the review. Kindly share the discount coupon.

The host/owner of the property was welcoming and easy to interact. The rooms were good and more than expectations, stay was comfortable. I would surely like to visit again in the future and also recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the near future
