Review Of Couple Friendly Stay with Jacuzzi Room & Swimming Pool ( Only place in Noida)

Issues I faced . No water even it was not provided , roughest towel I had ever used in my entire life , ac remote was not there , tv remote was not working , they offered jacuzzi hair dryer frige n etc nothing was there even though no soap and bathroom essentials . Kindly look into this . I just want my money back I came late night I was not able to go and check into other hotel .

This was, without a doubt, the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had. It took me 40 minutes to even find the room because no one was present at the property to guide me. I booked a room with a jacuzzi, but instead was given a basic, dirty room with no electricity at all. I sat with my girlfriend for over an hour in the dark. When I started calling the property staff repeatedly, they simply switched off their phones. That’s right — they vanished and left us stranded! In the end, I had to book another hotel at a much higher price, completely ruining my evening and plans. Adding insult to injury, an hour after I had already checked into the new hotel, they suddenly decided to call and ask if “the issue is resolved.” What a joke! I contacted MakeMyTrip immediately for cancellation and a refund, but it’s been more than 24 hours with zero response. This is pathetic customer service from both the property and MakeMyTrip. This place is nothing but a scam. Avoid this property at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.
