It was not a hotel, it was more like a dharamshala. In fact, I would say a proper dharamshala is far better than this place.
Construction work was going on, and even the hotel brand name was not displayed anywhere, which made it very difficult to find the property.
The lift was not working. The rooms, washrooms, and even the waiting area were full of insects and mosquitoes. The staff was untrained and unprofessional.
There was no breakfast available in the breakfast room. The utensils were empty, and there was neither a chef nor a waiter present. Only after I called the manager was breakfast served in my room, but there was no live counter.
The electricity kept fluctuating, and sometimes there were power cuts for 5–10 minutes, which could easily damage electrical appliances.
Please don’t waste your money staying here. They are ruining the brand’s name. The company should refund my money because it was a terrible experience.
