Poor Stay
The hospitality, staff and food were really good however there were two big cockroaches in the room and the door had sharp edges where accidentally got a cut on my hand. Hence rating it as poor

coupleI had a great stay. The room was nice and very well maintained. The staff is also polite and the food was very tasty. The only thing is that the hotel is in a residential area and nearby/walking distance no shops or areas to roam around.

Good Stay
The resort ambience is great. Rooms are creatively designed. Only issue i faced is with ac. I wanted to turn off the ac but it started making loud sound and it disturbed our sleep 2-3 times. Hotel staff said that it is known issue. Anyway in house restaurant is really great and the taste of veg food is very good.

Excellent Stay
Excellent service, tasty food, comfortable stay and fine dining. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. I'll highly recommend this hotel. Such a yummy food! super delicious.

Overall good but some points to highlight. Hotel infra is good but lack of room planning or interior, not properly planned. Power outage is a big problem. Hotel restaurant need to be more organised and food quality needs to be improved like biriyani was not all good, other items like naans are not good.

Stay was very comfortable and rooms are very cosy and clean. Nice staff and good hospitality. Restaurant has limited food in there menu but stay was comfortable.

family1. Check-in and check-out timings are not flexible. Will charge you 2500 bucks for 2 extra hrs. Do not opt for this if your touring schedule is not flexible. 2. Food - will not b great if u r from south india. As their targeted audience are bengals only.
