i have booked hotel 9 pm recieved booking confirmation when i reached hotel there is no hotel i called on customer sport they they shfted me on another hotel same again no property available at location last they provide me hotel room at 1 am its to far where i booked never book again from here

in reality there is no hotel from this name. pathetic and terrible experience. no solution provided by MakeMyTrip and OYO

Check in denied by hotel receptionist because i paid the total amount in advance. And he also denied to talk to mmt customer support agent
