I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay, the room was unclean, the staff was unfriendly, and the amenities were so poor. The worst part was the noise from the adjacent rooms, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Terrible Experience at Hotel Click, Mundra – Avoid!

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Hotel Click in Mundra. The food was absolutely pathetic – the quality was far below acceptable standards. What shocked me the most was the duplicate paneer being served. It was rubbery, tasteless, and clearly not real paneer. For a hotel that presents itself as a quality stay, this was deeply disappointing. Service was indifferent, and the staff seemed unbothered when concerns were raised about the food. If you care about what you eat or expect even basic food hygiene, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

soloThe hotel is unique with a big common area. The food and service at the hotel are excellent. The room as expected is a little small but comfortable for one person. Room service is prompt. Overall a good stay and would definitely recommend.

Though bathroom is clean but there is terrible smell coming from water outlet. In addition insect found in corn flakes during breakfast. As i have good experience of click hotels till now, have booked this but regret my decision.
