Although rooms are completely different from the pictures displayed, but the staff is very nice and cooperative. Food is good there.

Location is Market Area, haven't tested food their Washroom quality is ok ok and yes you will get 24hrs hot water. We faced issue of bugs in 2 out of 6 rooms so have to change room midnight Overall Ok exp, good value for money

That was an average stay. Located in the market. The building is old construction. The stuff in the room is also old. I got in on a last minute deal so it costs me in rs. 795. There is a lack of cleanliness.

The stay was comfortable except for the washroom amenities. It was smelling. Service was excellent, the staff were polite and prompt at their service

Pathetic room and pathetic toilets

Old dirty room, badsheet, bathroom. Given a single occupancy room & charge for a double room. No hot water in the bathroom, all bathroom fittings are dirty.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Room service and customer support is very nice the staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Ac was working but not catching the cooling that much, toilet was not that much clean, balcony was very dirty, bed sheet have quite dents, everything else was good.

It’s this is wrong location i will pay extra payment for taxi charges

An established hotel on 2nd and 3rd floors of a shopping complex known as the supermarket. As a foreigner, the extensive check in procedure was handled smoothly. Had a non-ac room with a balcony overlooking the street which was clean. There was a leak from the toilet cistern, but then again what basic indian hotel has perfect plumbing? the street was busy as expected, but quietened down late in the evening, except on rama navami when the balcony provided a great ringside seat to view the celebrations. There were numerous helpful and courteous uniformed staff. They came round and replenished the mosquito deterrent every evening. The bloke operating the lift was always cheery.
