Having car parking issue at this hotel, i will never come again in this hotel

The stay was good, rooms are clean, very good view of balcony.

Overall experience was nice. Rooms are well maintained and furniture is nice. The hotel restaurant is veg but they allow outside orders.

We found from mm t and location is also good, it's good to stay with good service, room clean and big size.

Foul smell coming from room and food quality is very worst. They didn't even have much options for breakfast.

Stay at the resort was ok, the rooms are also good, the facilities like tv were not upto mark, need to ask them to make work, washrooms have low water flow rate which does not make shower to work. The exhaust in one of the washrooms was not working

Over all experience is good. Room has to be maintained without micro dust getting circulated with air. Otherwise everything is fine. Definitely i will recommend for my colleaques and friends.

It was good. Property is properly maintained. Property location is easy to search. Hospitality was good.

1) rooms lock doesn't works 2) tv doesn't works, even several request they didn't recharge setup box 3) no blackout curtains 4) salty water 5) they charging extra food even we didn't had 6) tooth brush etc no facility 7) lack of parking space 8) less staff 9) too much time waiting for food 10) privacy is main concern which was lacking 11) according to charges less facility it's really too much

Good location good to stay with family staff is also good and very polite they take care all about you travel-ling to mandala or bhuj one stay is a good for family and friends

Room not clean specially toilet not maintained. Restaurant team less. Management poor in all average. Very expensive tariff

Services can be better. But mr sanjay kumar care taker was excellent in his job and responded all time, so he may be offer some additional responsibilities to improve the hospitality of resort.

The water flow in the bathrooms is slow. No educated staff at the resort to attend to guests. The sewer line of the toilets is emanating very foul smell and sewage gas so it was just impossible to stay in the allotted room and room had to be changed. The swimming pool is non functional and water is rotting in the pool. The food is fine but again for buffet breakfast one has to go to the container restaurant outside the facility gate. The area outside the container is very dirty. There is no parking space for four wheelers. The name resort is misleading.

it was a great experience as amenities were good and walking area and other surroundings were good. had some issues with the internet else was good. food was too good. i think that's fine with the review overall it was a great experience and new type of hotel experience in mundra
