The peace, cool and calm place is what we expected to feel here. The staff are nice. I personally recommend it.

Great location with lovely views and very friendly staff. Needs better upkeep…and as regards the food, just no nice way to put it, except one or two things, just terrible.

Not recommended for family, staff are local and not professional so do not accept from them. Evening time the mountain view is very good. My experience with family(myself, wife and two daughter) not good and worth full. Star rating 1

Room was totally un hygienic & dirty

The resort is beautiful with greenery and beautiful plants all around. They have amenities like game room, kids playing area, swimming pool etc. The food was amazing and affordable. We stayed there for 3 days and had all our meals in the resort. The staff was polite and courteous. Totally enjoyed the stay.

This was a simple hotel with great service and location. We stayed in the Deluxe room which was in the 2nd floor. The view from the room was amazing. But the stairs were very steep. If you have some aged travelers, recommend booking the Premium room on the lower floor. The Deluxe rooms were basic with slightly old furniture's but they were fine. I believe the Premium rooms have an upgraded interiors. The buffet breakfast was fine. The restaurant had a bunch of alacarte options for the lunch/dinner. Food quality was good and price was reasonable as well. They have a nice garden with a lot of beautiful flowers. Garden has some options for kids to play as well. They also have a glass house with good views. The resort also has a swimming pool but I doubt anyone using it in the cold weather 🙂. Overall this hotel is a basic one but our stay was definitely comfortable. The views and food was pretty good.

Untidy property poor services to clients

Been here twice with big group of friends, had a wonderful experience this property is at a very beautiful separate location than the crowd huge vallye view on all side as this resort is on the top of mountain easy guided parking, drivers room is also available and food is also provided for them staff is extremely courteous extra requests are being adjusted and catered. Mr vijender and dhirender knows their job pretty well would definitely coming back soon wifi is also available but bit network issues in some rooms due to location, works well in reception

The staff at the hotel makes you fee unwanted at their property. They act like they don’t want to work and the some of the staff, especially “vinod ji”was particularly very rude. When we asked about a talk with the manager we were told that “manager won’t come to you, you have to go to the manager at the kitchen to talk to him”. After paying 11k this is the kind of behaviour i would least expect to see. When me and my family were there for a peaceful vacation all we were doing was fighting the staff for they were not co operative. Least recommended resort.

Highly recommeded for those who loves nature, and are seeking for a peaceful stay at the majestic top view location on the mountain, good parking space, security, courteous staff, very well maintained garden flowers and other areas. Food taste and quality was average

Simply the best experience i have had in the hills ever. Must stay with family or loved ones. The property itself has a luxurious english world charm with manicured lawns, decks, bay windows, sun rooms & more. Hotel staffs are exceptionally hospitable. Unbeatable location, gorgeous infrastructure, unbelievable cleanliness & most of all unmatched hospitality!

Things require maintenance, hot water was supplied with bucket, light switch problem, but the staff was very nice who wanted to help with a smile, only things require maintenance, such laybacks not expected at such pricing!
Please maintain distancing bin dining area, also please do temp checks

The location of the Resort is just awesome however the property needs a must must maintenance. Switches to sofas all needs to be replaced. Staffs are simple and honest but they should be trained and professional. Overall good for location and view

When you visit the Resort, inside it's very nice. Spacious and picture-perfect. We booked the room deluxe rooms. It had the best view, the morning started by snow-capped mountains. Room service very nice. Courteous staff, clean rooms with room heater. The disadvantage was that availability of cabs was a bit difficult as the place is a bit isolated rest all ok. You need to spend bugs if u want to reach there and during the leave. Traveling by own car is more suggested. But if u need to chillax under comfort stay its the best place to stay in Chamba.

Me, my wife and my 3 years old kid stayed there for 2 nights. Following are my observations and feedback. Pros 1. It's location, it can get as beautiful as you can think. 2. Food was good and reasonable for the place. They cook everything fresh. 3. Staff was good and helpful. 4. Hotel upgraded my room automatically. Cons 1. Resort is not maintained. So they must focus on maintaining it. Even though there is no competition. 2. Noise insulation of rooms is bad. 3. Hotel is partially suitable for family, but suitable for huge group. 4. When I booked it, it was booked by some political party campaign. So, me and my family were feeling uncomfortable because there was heavy drinking in almost every room of hotel.

Food quality need to be improved same as groom kit n other welcome drink alike Thingz need to be added. Which gave a warm feeling to the coming guest
