the electricity in my room was completely cut for the whole night. there was no fan, no light working until 8 in the morning. i had to sleep covered in all sweat and moreover there was no shower gel/soap in bathroom.

Chokha empire hotel is strategically located, spacious rooms, non carpeted floor, study table and chair for business travellers, simple but good breakfast, bathrooms have water logging issues !

Very bad hotel

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel for business purposes. Unfortunately, our stay was far from satisfactory due to several issues that significantly impacted our comfort and productivity. Firstly, the air conditioning in our room was not working. Despite multiple complaints to the reception throughout the night, extending until 2 am, no solution was provided. Additionally, we experienced intermittent power outages, which further disrupted our stay. These issues made it impossible for us to get any rest, affecting our performance the next day. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing, with limited options available. This lack of variety and quality was not up to the standard we expected. We also raised these concerns during checkout, but again, no one seemed to take our feedback seriously. Overall, the poor service and lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff have left us with a very negative impression. We hope that the management will take these issues seriously and work towards improving the service for future guests.

Food is good overall is good .. 👍 I like stay ... we love to again. just property need the maintenance.

Hotel room is okay, spacious and would commend the service from the kitchen. But very upset about the hygiene. Rooms are not cleaned, towels are dirty, stained. They don't provide sufficient supply of toilet paper. You have to keep asking for more. The cleaners wait for us to give them money then they clean the room. Our room was not cleaned for 2days despite requesting for it. Always had an excuse that they misunderstood our instructions or our things were not in our bags. I have traveled to a lot of countries, this was never an excuse for not cleaning the rooms.

No staff, breakfast is very poor quality, no timing for breakfast, mattresses, are very poor quality, room is not properly cleaned, toilet and bath taps are not properly work, no shop stand in bathroom

Room was comfortable…was spacious…clean washroom with amenities…only problem was restaurant…we didn’t get what was promised…was told breakfast will start at 8:30 but it took nearly 45 more for it..and that too was not buffet …was time consuming..

Was given stinky room. Had to force them to move us to different room. Food served was not fresh. Roti was rewarmed. Not staying again ever

When consumers paying best price for the good hotel we expect minimum courtesy point to be address 1) cleanness was not at good and room are big but it smells 2) there was leakage in shower and there is no shower caps are provide there is no basket either for bathing and no place to keep soap in shower side 3) i have shortlist breakfast there is no choice of breakfast and food qualities was very very poor for eg i order bread and egg and i got the egg and after 5 min bread toast were served so it means my omelette is dead cold tea is full of sugar

The view and the loaction of the hotel is awesome. It is very hygienic

I loved the stay everything was perfect with some minor problems like remote not working, towels were not provided at first including soap. Shower gel and shampoo were not replaced. But ignoring that everything was so amazing like room, staff, check in check out and even view.

Rooms were spacious, well cleaned and it was a comfortable stay there.

Atmosphere outside the room is too noisy and the bedsheet or blanket in room were also dirty. Bad experience

Overall stay was good, staff was really helpful and food is literally awesome

The ambience over there is not so good

Washrooms were not clean no towel was provided, wifi not working properly and staff is not at all professional. Did not expect this at all
