1) Food is available even if we are ready to pay separately. 2) Room service is not available 3) Check out time is only till 12 pm. Check out time is not flexible.

The room was clean and the ac was perfectly working. The staff was nice. Clean bathroom.

Room servicemen are not available. Towel and pillow, not good condition. Room stay is average only.

Room was good. Facilities could have been better. Ambience was good. . There staff nature was excellent. Other aminities such as ironing, water bottles could have been included in the room so that customer could be more relaxed. Lift could have been included so that customers can easily asses the building with their luggages etc. . Thanks and regards aswin chandran

Stayed in hotel for a day. Room needs cleaning, most of the corners and cot was having spider web, floor needs cleaning, tv not working, hot water service not available, no lift facility in the property after parking car in the basement, will have to take baggage through stairs to reach second floor. No drinking water also provided in room which most of the hotels provide normally. Long way to go for reaching normal standards of hotel business. For the room vacating, they have international standards of 12 pm, if late - informed - will be additional charge which will have to be paid.

The stay is on the second floor of choice mall. Easy to access as it's on the roadside itself and close to sreekantapuram bus stand ~ 1km. The rooms were very well maintained and clean. There is a tv and wifi availability in every room. Polite behavior and helping mentality of the staff is to be praised. There is no food options available in the stay. But there is one eatery in the first floor of the mall and other restaurants outside but close to the mall. There is a parking space available just in front of the building. A very good option for those who come for examination purposes as it's close to marygiri e park~2. 5km. The calm and quiet surroundings with lush greenery around the building is another positive aspect of the stay. Overall a good place to stay with family as well.
