Urgent: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unprofessional Behaviour

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention several issues I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel from April 13th to April 19th, 2025.
Housekeeping Issues: During my 7-day stay, the bed sheets were changed only once. Despite informing the hotel manager, multiple times, he stated that no bed sheets were available. This is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard.
Unprofessional Behaviour: When I mentioned that I would escalate the issue to you, became angry and threatened me. This kind of behaviour is completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
Room Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly during my stay. Additionally, while a TV was available, the remote was missing, and informed me that no remote was available in the hotel.
Positive Note: On a positive note, I would like to commend Mr. Badsha for his polite, well-behaved, and cooperative attitude. He exemplifies the kind of customer service one expects in the hospitality industry.
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received and the unprofessional behaviour I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
