It’s in the center of crowded are , getting loud noises of prayers from nearby mosque. No towels given , no cleanliness , water leakage in bathroom . I would not recommend this place unless you do not find any option

Urgent: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unprofessional Behaviour Dear Team , I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention several issues I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel from April 13th to April 19th, 2025. Housekeeping Issues: During my 7-day stay, the bed sheets were changed only once. Despite informing the hotel manager, multiple times, he stated that no bed sheets were available. This is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. Unprofessional Behaviour: When I mentioned that I would escalate the issue to you, became angry and threatened me. This kind of behaviour is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Room Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly during my stay. Additionally, while a TV was available, the remote was missing, and informed me that no remote was available in the hotel. Positive Note: On a positive note, I would like to commend Mr. Badsha for his polite, well-behaved, and cooperative attitude. He exemplifies the kind of customer service one expects in the hospitality industry. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received and the unprofessional behaviour I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is a budget stay. Room cleaning is okay, but other facilities are not available. Suitable for an emergency stay.

Very poor, at first they didn't respond well at the reception next bedroom has enough space but was very dirty. New bedsheet was not available and when they provide new bedsheet that was also dirty. Thirdly wifi is available but they didn't provide us. Don't believe with the picture showing

Very nice stay of 5 days. On the main road (arcot road) very close to cmc near about 800mtrs. We used to walk to reach cmc. Wifi is available. Room rates are found reasonable.

Nice stay of 5 days. All well as per price. Location is 800m to cm c on arcot road. We used to visit cm c by walking. Weather was really good but the last 02 days we stuck due to cyclone.
