Review Of M SQUARE

I am writing this review after 7 days of stay. The propert is in prime location ( few minutes from CMC). Rooms are cleaned & properly maintained during whole of our stay. Staffs are very well behaved & very helpful & always available whenever you need any help or any kind of support. Bathrooms are clean & hygiene is properly maintained. Room service is done one day after on a frequent basis & in case of your need. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Will give 10 /10 .

There are cockroaches here and there and everywhere. Otherwise good. Food is very costly at the in-house restaurant.

​Rating: 1/5 (Terrible) ​My recent two-day stay at Hotel M Square in Vellore was profoundly disappointing and well below acceptable standards, primarily due to the severely congested room size and the unpleasant behaviour of the staff. ​The room itself was advertised as adequate, but in reality, it was incredibly cramped. There was barely enough space to move around the double bed, let alone store luggage comfortably. It felt more like a closet than a hotel room and made a two-day stay feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The space provided was disproportionate to the price paid, offering absolutely no value for money. ​Even more concerning was the attitude of the staff. This kind of unpleasant behavior significantly tarnished the entire experience and made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. ​While the location may be convenient for some, the negative aspects of the room size and the staff's poor conduct far outweigh any positional advantage.

MSquare-- A very good budget hotel at Vellore. Located on the side of national highway and in the vicinity of CMC, Vellore. It's about 6-8 minutes walking distance from CMC and the main market area. Rooms are quite smaller in size but services and other amenities provided are awesome. They have started a Restaurant and are offering good quality foods at reasonable prices. Staff behaviour was very good and quite helpful. Overall a very good hotel.

The rooms were maintained clean and budget friendly.No real issues ,just that there was a lingering smoke smell when I checked-in and the toilet seat constantly kept coming off.

Location of property is good.Cleanness is also nice but the size of room is small.Room service is not good and except sleeping you can't enjoy anything. Even filtered water is not provided by management. An average stay.

A recent stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings, a blend of positives and some notable drawbacks. While the cleanliness of the room was impressive and a definite highlight, a few key issues significantly impacted the overall experience. The most jarring aspect was the incredibly small room size. I've stayed in cozy rooms before, but this one felt more like a closet than a standard hotel room. My rough estimate puts it at around 7.5 by 6.5 feet, which left very little space to move around, especially with luggage. This cramped feeling made it difficult to relax and unwind after a long day. Adding to the list of concerns was the complete lack of any food service. This meant having to venture out for every single meal, which was not only inconvenient but also an unexpected hassle. It's a significant omission for any hotel, and I was not prepared for this. On the upside, the bathroom size was quite reasonable given the tight quarters of the room. It was well-maintained and offered enough space to get ready with the compact set. The presence of a working lift was also a major plus, making it easy to get to and from the room without having to navigate stairs with my bags. In summary, this hotel could be a suitable option for a short, no-frills stay if you are traveling light and don't mind eating all your meals elsewhere. However, the minuscule room size and lack of dining options are significant factors to consider before booking.

Pleasant stay in Vellore. AC and friendly with customers. No issue with the facility

Its fine but the rooms are smelling a lot of bad smell, not proper maintenance , no water , no hot water for bath
