A good resort to stay... specially for families
Rooms are good, but balcony view is not as good as expected...liked jungle themed restaurant and they have good service with tasty food..

Good experience and nice property. just phone network not very good inside hotel. Staff behavior is also good and professional.

Poor Stay
Room was not cleaned and very small if we compare with room tarrifs. They had mentioned breakfast will be ready by 7:30 but started to dining after 7:35AM. We saw hair on pillow means room was not cleaned. Ceiling was infected with fungus.

One night stay for attending mirage
Good clean but rajwada id a bit old fashioned and not so good furniture. No chairs are provided but overall good for stay. Beautiful green garden for morning walk

coupleWhen i went there very comfortable to settle in room. Reception coordination was good. Food was excellent. They did not charge for tea and coffee ordered in room. Genital invitation for breakfast.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. The check-in time 12 pm is standard across most of the hotels, because no guest generally does checkout before 10 am. However, we do provide early check-in on request if the room is available. Please let us know if there is any requirement of early check-in in your next booking )

Location and property is very pleasant but rooms are not up to the mark

All things in resort are neat & clean. Park also beautiful, staff behaviour & co operation is 100% positive & supportive. Rooms & gallery are much better & service of hotel activities perfect & accurate. Thank you all staff & management of hotel.

Food, hygiene, ambiance of the place very good. However, the particular room ( number 207) allocated has absolutely no ventilation as the window opened in maintenance shaft and hence remained closed all the time. The room is packed from all sides by other rooms. No open view anywhere. Throughout the night, was getting a feeling of reduced oxygen in the room.
