Parking assist very poor Very pathetic behaviour of parking instructore He block all vehicle . He Dont have vehocle oqner number . I had wait 1st time 30 min Second time vehilce park was proper way but he said nees to remove other vehicles after that my vehilce will be remove After 10 min waiting when i saw my vehicle allraday outside to move on.

Dirty room with dust at floor, very worst feeling in the room due to worst cleanliness. Not good rooms, no parking space very congested parking. Electric switches are not working, internet is worst wi-fi terrible.

It is good to stay in middle of city but parking is not comfortable other things are like four stars good to stay with family

Reception not helpful. 1) flush in my super delux room was not working, on reporting, they neither repaired it nor changed my room. 2) there was an insect in my lunch at the restaurant, for which they gave me another lunch, which ws not feasible to eat again, and i didn't get my money back. 3) bathing water was lukewarm, which is a huge problem in winter days.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

We had stayed in brij residency on 27 and 28 aug 2022. Location of hotel is convenient. Except veg food. You must try their thaali. Hygiene and cleanliness is average

Hi, all I had stayed at this hotel during the month of June for 4 nights so I think my review should be taken seriously. Firstly we traveled from Pune and once we reached the hotel we were not provided the room that we had selected so we politely told them this is not what we reserved as we had our 1-year-old child along we booked a room with a king-size bed. The so-called manager was soo rude to us saying that it's our mistake that we booked the wrong room and didn't even care that we had a child with us or that we were traveling from so far. He spoke to the owner and was saying the same that they have booked the wrong room and now want a better one which was a total lie. Then we contacted MMT and the agent helped us and we got the room that we had booked. From that day onwards that manager had held a grudge even though he was at fault. Secondly, there were never any temperature check done. Not enough parking space only 6 cars can be parked. Once we parked outside and someone scratched our car. Besides the rooms are not cleaned or sanitized regularly. The only good point is the food but that too unnecessarily pricey and less in quantity. Overall a very bad experience will never suggest this hotel to anyone. One more thing every day there is some or the other argument near the reception going on it was totally unmanaged and staff are unqualified to deal with the situation.

Very poor service. After breakfast being included in package they refused breakfast. Room hygiene was very bad. They didn’t clean the sheets and amineties mentioned on mm t was not available.
