Got a normal room instead of amenities shown in the profile. There is no facility for Tea & Coffee. The name of including breakfast is a scam here..

In room description room size was mentioned as 250 sq feet. Actual room size is smaller and is max 150 sq feet as per rough calculation. There is less space to keep and open the luggage (no big table or space provided). Lift is so small that it accomodates only 2 persons with difficulty. Inadequate bathroom essentials were provided. Light bulb above bathroom mirror was not installed and wires were hanging. I booked hotel for 2 nights but left in few hours. They did not consider any relaxation and charged even water bottles for rupees 40. Hotel staff lacked hospitality and behaved dull. This I have not experianced anywhere else. Overall disappointed with hotel.

The rooms are quite good, Lift capacity is only for one person. The hotel location is on the main road. For basic things like water, soap we need to call the reception. The staff is helpful.

As a MakeMyTrip Platinum member, I received the benefit of an early check-in (by 3 hours) and a late check-out (by 3 hours) at no additional cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. The bed was cozy and comfortable, lighting was pleasant, and the overall room size was average yet sufficient. The property is equipped with a compact lift (suitable for two persons at a time), and the staff courteously assisted us with our luggage. Bathrooms: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained, with strong water pressure in both the shower and the jet spray. The supply of hot water was consistent and sufficient for a comfortable bath. Parking: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Parking is an area of concern due to ongoing roadwork and the presence of numerous two-wheelers from a nearby restaurant. As there is no dedicated private parking, four-wheeler parking can be challenging, and guests may need to park their vehicles along the roadside wherever space is available. Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) A comfortable and pleasant stay with clean rooms, courteous staff, and good amenities. Parking remains a challenge, but overall the experience was excellent.

It’s not a hotel. It’s a lodge. Housekeeping is bad. Bathroom are like railways. It’s soo close to road that you feel like you sleeping on roadside. Full of noises of vehicles entire night. The curtains are so see through that the room is full lighted at 6 AM in the morning.

The property is nice and clean. Very helpful staff. Located centrally so easily accessible. Many eateries nearby so thats a added bonus

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The deluxe ac room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. Rooms are extremely small, with poorly positioned toilets and awkward bed and curtain placement. The included breakfast offers only four items—better to buy it separately. Rooms were dusty, and the tea kettle was blackened inside, showing poor cleanliness. On the bright side, the staff was cooperative. Wouldn’t recommend.
