it is a perfect 1bhk which is enough for 4. 1 bed and 1 sofa cum bed. it has fridge washing machine oven water purifier iron 3 balconies geyser 2 ac ( 1 in bedroom and 1 in hall) common swimming pool which is very big we enjoyed our stay here 💯

Good rooms with swimming pool, 2acs available 1hall 1bedroom, dining, sofa com bed, kitchen, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, all is good 1. 5km to candolim beach

Facility are very old, need to be renovate, no reception, not found as per the photograph posted three storey however no lift, no room service facility available at place. Rooms in society are owned different caretaker.

Property is about a km distance from the beach not walkable if you have small kids with you. Coming to the property itself it is called saldanha palms 1 could be your choice if you want a working kitchen, rooms/bathrooms are clean, bedding ok not upto hotel standards there is no lift in the building and i was given a room on the 3rd floor (room no 303) which was inconvenient with the kids, i noticed that 70 % of the property was empty but was denied a room change to the first floor. Property is not maintained properly paint has come off, moss growing on the walls, housekeeping is almost nonexistent and mosquitoes in the evening ensure you cannot sit in the balcony in the evening. I paid 8k+ for 2 nights and which includes 2k for an extra person i believe there would be better options available elsewhere.

Owner asked us for extra money 2 days before our visit to hotel. Altough we have already booked this hotel approx a month ago

This was a apartment stay. Apartment looks old one, however owner has provided you with each and every other basic amenities that you require when you travel for long amount days. Ac, kitchen, fridge, iron, geyser etc everything looks to be perfect.

Overall good experience only 1 draw back flat on 3rd floor

Close to candolim bridge. Nice place to stay with family.

It's a great place to stay for 5 people, it has all facilities like kitchen, utensils, ro, iron, washing machine, wifi, etc. Also, the money charged for the homestay for 1 night is reasonable.

I was really happy with the stay and i feel it was very nice place to stay i will refer my friends to stay there
