There was no hot water facility in the bathroom considering it being such a cold place. Dining facility was very pathetic as when we reached in evening we asked for some snacks but was told that there isn't any facility for snacks even on additional payment. Dinner was served quite late after 9:15 pm which was really very annoying as we were very tired after a 12 hour journey from Leh and wanted to have early dinner and retire to bed for our next day's onward journey to Manali. Also, the dinner was a very very basic meal of just roti's, Dal, one vegetable, and rice and not at all worth the money charged and even the only vegetable served was over before everyone could finish the dinner. Though the meals were supposed to be buffet but was served just 1 aloo paratha per person without any accompaniments like curd or pickles for the breakfast. Had to remind for tea 3-4 times during the breakfast but was ultimately not served the tea and we had to leave the place without having even a cup of tea for which we had already paid in advance at the time making the hotel booking. There was just 1 person managing the Camp and he was the manager cum cook cum waiter cum porter all in one. We had to remind him 4-5 times for almost over 45-50 minutes to pick our luggage from our tent to our car. It seems the owner is just interested in making money and not at all bothered to provide any service or joy of staying to the customers as people stay here overnight just as a transit Camp during their many lily or let manage journey and he knows that people are not going to come back again so just fleece money from the travellers without providing the required basic services.

Dear sir, sorry for the late response due to net connectivity issues in this part of the world. With so much of issues you could have seriously reported all to the owner. Anyway we have solar heated water which are provided in the buckets to the clients to each tents. As we have 21 rooms which can accommodate 42 to 63 person depending on the occupancy,we ought to have good number of staffs and we have eight staffs on the roll with one manager, one cook & his helper, two for housekeeping and three for services. As for your assumption of owner just interested in making money,not bothering about services etc. Let me explain that in this age of referrals & reviews in the service industry, no stakeholder can risk customer dissatisfaction. And yes I am here to earn money and that can be done only if I concentrate on my services which helps earn good reviews,referrals & repeat customers. And that's exactly what I strive to do. Regards.
