Food good, hygiene good, atmosphere good

Stay was quite comfortable and pleasent. Food was very delicious. Service prompt and good. Worth staying at this price. Nice location but prefer season other than summer.

The room and bathroom were dirty. We had especially called the person because the room was stinking due to a dead lizard. Post midnight, we had no power and no alternate power source was available. Imagine spending the night without a fan and an air condition system. No one was available in the reception and there is no intercom. Lastly, never knew that toiletries don't include toothpaste.

Frequent light failure and switching to DG takes more than half an hour and 3 times in night doesn't allow us to sleep also when contacted they didn't respond which creates questions mark how they helps in case of emergency. While landing from rope my wife and daughter has minor injury.

Good hospitality, friendly staff

It was a soothing experience the place is very welcoming along with it's staff. Food was too great. Would revisit and recommend to all.
