Hotel is food, river view from hotel room.

Everything was good but due to continuous electricity disruption we were facing some challenges. However the backup was there but it took time for hotel to turn it on again and again. If there is such type of disruption then property always need to ensure the immediate backup and not after sometime.

Impolite and insensitive front desk manager who didn't care to entertain our request for one hour extension of room due to illness on last day. Food is not upto the mark . We asked for zero chilli food and were served with chilli food every time.

This property was located at a very scenic place with balcony opening with a view of river flowing at the base of long pine trees. Location is worth every penny. Staff was cooperative and helpful. Food could have been better. Overall an excellent experience.

except that staff was courteous, everything was bad and communicated this to property manager too. door handle not working, hot water not available, lift not working, garden not in order, asked for water 3 times- noone turned out, flush button broken, atleast 5 places blanket was turned, key holder broken and many more .... pathetic, pathetic, pathetic....I doubt if I shall book next time with MakeMyTrip

Very good property by Echor in jibhi tirthan valley. The room has a lovely river view. Very close to Jalori and banjar. They even offer complimentary room upgrade if it is available.

Ambience is nice. Ample parking space. Staff are cooperative. Food quantity is on the higher side, however food quality was average. They have power backup issue, due to power cut in the area we had to stay in dark the whole night. To compensate they provided extra blanket and a candle. Overall, i would say they need some improvement to hustify their price. 3/5.

This is the best property in jibhi and the view, facilities, people, food and vibe everything is so good at bradhi. I highly recommend this place.

We had a horrendous experience out there. Room given to us had a DEAD MOUSE in ÁC vent. One of their front office manager was RUDE and pushed us to take River side room. He also termed me as “adamant” when I asked for the type of room I per-booked with full payment. I booked a Mountain View but was forced to take a river side even after waiting for 3 hours. That room was improperly cleaned. Jet spray of the room was broken and my wife slipped because of the leaking water. There is NO POWER in the hotel for majority of the time. Breakfast is stale, cold and tasteless. Stay in this property if you want to ruin your vacation.

Location was quiet and scenic. Good food. Polite and helpful staff. Amenities and services were 5* level.

The location is a little offbeat due to the poor road conditions in between. Rooms are large, spacious, and good, especially those facing the riverfront. The food here is pathetic, and i would never recommend it. Also, as there are very few other options for food nearby.
