for stay its ok but you didnt feel like a good hotel in like other cities, camel and horse ride is good

It has been a great experience staying at bombay picnic spot hotel & resort. Cleanliness, welcome at the reception desk and behaviour of staff is exceptionally good. Very nice place to stay while paying a visit to chintpurni mata temple.

My stay was good, however the room service was little late and slow, that’s may be cause of the rush, however they need to increase the staff, only one person doing room service for the entire hotel, also no food after 9 pm, not even milk for kids.

Best place for kids. We enjoy camel riding, horse riding, boating and many more rides.

No 24/7 room service, rooms were not maintained, dirty towels and bed sheets, not worth the money at all.

It's was a fine stay. But the person in the first desk was quite rude at first as we requested early check in as we have little kids with us and we ask only for 1 room as we booked 3. He rudely declined instead to be polite. He said if we had booking for 2 days he might done that for us but as we had 1 day booking he wouldn't do it. Well katter saty was fine but even staff was fine, they wasn't that interested in serving that much.

Location - good, if you are staying, there is a national highway in front of the hotel. So you might lose your sleep because of traffic is 24*7 running. Food - very tasty hygienic - okay okay

All over good but food service in room not good. They only fast food provide not diner, lunch or breakfast. I want to good food menu available in room

No social distancing, no sanitisation, staff never use mask even staff don’t know about sanitiser, no covid protocol. Highly risky place to stay during.
