Room unclean, chased out on checkout day. Sinks dirty, bed sheets covered in hairs. Reported sheets on check in but they only changed the duvet cover. Observing this, i would be sceptical of what a change of bedding involves. Based on the hairs, i suspect the bedding wasn’t changed between guests (long hairs on one side of the bed, short on the other. General grime - evidently not properly cleaned with any effort. The kitchen sink had food from last guests, bathroom sink quite dirty and bath too. I got the impression they’re rinsed down quickly with water rather than scrubbed with disinfectant and sponges. On checkout day, someone woke me up up at 8:30 to tell me to check out, again chased at 9:30. Attempted to give feedback at checkout but met with a lot of hand waving and a failure to engage with issues despite politely trying to raise concerns. At that point, i gave up on providing feedback if it’s not going to be listened to. The building itself is nice (aside from poorly sound proofed so a lot of issues with dogs barking - bring ear plugs, i would suggest the hotel should provide) but would benefit from being properly cleaned by the numerous staff. Management should be rigorously checking rooms before check in to ensure that the ‘deep clean’ mentioned in communications isn’t a light spray of water.
