TV Is not available in the room and lift facility is also not there. Steps are very stiff very difficult for aged person. Lift is not available in the Hotel and room provided to me without TV

Average Stay
I paid for food but owner asked me to pay, then I showed them that its already paid. Other than this, the randoms living in adjacent rooms were loud and there was disturbance in it. The security guard was also drunk. When I came, I had to wait for 15 mins bcz they said there is no booking with my name. I showed them the proof of booking and then they allowed me to enter.

Excellent Stay
Very good experience. The room was spacious well lighting was there. Bathroom was also clean and room also. Staffs very hospitable and complimentary food was also available if ordered. Great place to stay as a family

I trusted the positive reviews and booked it, this is my experience
I booked this hotel as it was closest to the place I had to visit in Mohali and when I checked reviews, those were positive so I trusted and booked it for a night. And, I must say the experience was outstanding! The service was great, staff and host were polite and helpful, room was clean and nice. All the necessary utilities are provided properly. The price is really economical compared to the quality stay they offer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to everyone who's considered to book this!
