Terrible Stay
I reached hotel at 9am they shifted me thrice times then they alloted the room which is very small very unhygienic nothing is good here The worst room service unprofessional staff, poor-quality and overpriced , and so many technical issues like non-working appliances in the room power cut etc infact they charged me full payment of extes 7hrs this is very wrong never gonna visit again here.... pathetic experience

Great for people who are visiting Golden Temple
Property’s location is good, Its walking distance from temple and Jalianawalla Bagh. Room was clean. Staff were helpful, they helped me with finding cab drivers to get me visit different places in the city. Few things could have been better like there is no geyser for early morning showers. There was no AC remote which was bit disappointing otherwise the stay was good.

the place is very near to Shri Harminder Sahib. I booked the deluxe room with 4 beds it was near and clean. The service was great and available on call as and when needed.

Good Stay
Situated not too far from railway station , easy to travel to , very close to famous places like golden temple, jaliwan wala bagh. Easy check-in, check out, very helpful staff , clean rooms, excellent room service. Over all very good experience.

Poor Stay
dirty bedsheets , no amenities, no room freshener neither in the washroom nor the room and dirty blankets + the receptionist was rude and didn't do the work told .

Sorry room with terrible smell in washroom. Passage outside the room was stuffed with loads of items.

Not afair deal
Dear Friends Road is narrow,room space is not justify the delux bed room,feels like a single person room. No ventilation. Don't go with this hotel at this high price.
