Good property, location is good but in this hotel have no resturant. This is not good.

My experience on this stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was close to the tourist spots. The stay was value for money

We had a family trip to Varanasi in September, 2025 during Durga puja. I was looking for a hotel that is both near the Dashaswamedh ghat and Biswanath temple. The BEBI palace was the perfect stay for us. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean and hygienic. Daily cleaning and room service are excellent. We booked 3AC delux rooms and surprisingly they upgraded the room to 4AC without any extra charge. * Behavior of the staffs are very cordial and gentle. I am personally indebted to Mr. Dhananjay for providing us various useful suggestions that make the tour hassle-free. * Although food is not available here, one can get it in near by restaurants. We get "machh-bhat" (rice thali with fish) at the historical Dashaswamedh Boarding lodge which is at 1min walk. * I found only one con: for aged persons it will be difficult for them to climb the stairs because there is no lift to go upstairs. So, for them ground floor and first floor are the best. * One minute walk to ghat and 6 mins walk to the 2nd gate of Biswanath temple. Perfect for those who want to absorb the essence of Varanasi. I am very much satisfied with our stay in Varanasi at the BEBI PALACE. In conclusion, this is the best budget hotel if you want to stay nearby Dashaswamedh ghat and Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

Nice stay near to ganga ghat and Vishwanath yem, excellent room service, good staff behaviour, polite nature of owners and staff members, all facilities available nearby bebi palace.

The location was good, very near to all famous temples and Ghat.. but need some improvement in room facilities, like - washbasin should be available in bathroom, a table should be there to keep our stuffs.. most important lift should be there to go to fifth floor rooms.. it was very tough for old aged person to go fifth floor through stairs..

There was no lift,so climbing steps was terrific.vehicles don't enter the hotel area road ie dashashwamedh ghat.

Hotel bebi palace is situated in good location, to Dasaswamegh ghat. Hotel staff was good.Overall we can say it's average hotel.

This is very bad room. No room service no lift no western toilet seat, bed sheet are very dirty

Not worth the money. Room was so smelly and in very bad condition. Although staff was good but not the room.

1. The location is very good nearby Kashi Vishwanath temple and Ganga ghats but you have to walk or take a rickshaw cycle to reach the destination because that's the main road to Kashi Vishwanath temple that's why the road is closed for vehicles. So you have to walk 300 to 400 meters to reach the Baby palace. 2. There is no food but you can find foods out side of hotel. 3. There is no ventilation in rooms and some basic amenities are available. 4. Staffs are very polite and helpful. They are coming to receive you from main road by arranging the rickshaw. Always ready to help you. 5. There's no lift facility available and stairs are very narrow to going up and down. So it's recommended to be clear about your room before booking if you have elders.

The location of the place was very near to temple, which was very good. Cleanliness was average. Service was good.

My recent business trip to varanasi was made even more enjoyable by my stay at be-bi palace. The hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw away from the sacred kashi vishwanath temple and the serene gang-es ghats, was incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making my stay truly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting varanasi, especially those seeking a peaceful and spiritual experience.

There was no lift. Very narrow stairs. And straite. Cant not go up. Heigene issue. No ac was there. No room service. Toilet flash was not working. Ni ventilation was there. It was very bad experience. Wash room door not closed properly.
