As per the expectation and pictures shown. Hotel was not upto the mark. Although the hotel was newly built between 6-12 months. the rooms had cockroaches. Toiletories and other things to be provided were being provided when it was being asked for. Tea prices being charged by hotel were 33% more than what was in the rates list provided by hotel. Manager behaviour was not appropriate/rude.
