got good experience over the stay

1) Proper guest house address was not provided in the booking confirmation. 2) No Landmark provided to reach the guest house. 3) Guest house is inside residential colony and no one in the neighborhood was aware of Ayush guest house. 4) It is under construction building, currently only round floor is ready 5) There was no one in the guest house when we reached and we had to wait on road till owner send the care taker after we call him. 6) Inside room there was no drinking water or soap or TV or wifi or electronic safe which was published on app. These things were not there even in their whole guest house 7) Caretaker agreed to bring drinking water bottle & soap from shop. 8) Owner agreed to give water bottle & soap as complimentary after I messaged him. 8) There was no Tea inside guest house or in the colony. 9) Care taker agreed to bring it from shop outside the colony if I pay for it. 10) By the time he brought tea, it was not hot enough. 10) There was only 2 auto in railway station when we reached around 6 pm, one agreed to take us to our destination for Rs50 but once we were bear he was reluctant to enter residential colony and was asking Rs100 more fir it. He entered the colony without any extra charge but didn’t took turn to reach the destination as showing in the map (at least map location was right in the app). 11) Local dhabha for dinner is outside colony area which is not good enough. There were more dhabha/restaurants near temple gate which is around 1km from guest house. 12) There was no almirah to keep your luggage.

No electricity back up. Power cut is frequent. No proper wash basin. Not at all properly managed
