Worst hotel to stay in low quality service and worst to even book , they wont refund a single rupee even if you have to check out

they provided only 1 water bottle per day, AC wasn't working as well, rooms are too small, once you paid then if you don't like the room they won't give you any refund

they don't have proper room service they don't respond they have more legacy

Hotel was good for the price I paid. AC was working perfectly fine. Wifi speed was good. Location was near to Outer Ring Road and IT offices. The table arrangement for keeping laptop in the room was of great help. Overall a good stay

Room is awesome well maintained

An Excellent Experience. The room has a lot of privacy and everything was clean. Couple Friendly stay and they even let us stay beyond our check out time for a reasonable amount.

The hotel per se is good so far as rooms are concerned. Communication is very difficult as the entire staff know neither Kannada nor English. Water supply is very poor and no hot water.

the hospitality was good i stayed there for 4days and 3 nights , the rooms were small but still it was enough to stay for 2 people . place was clean ✨ will definitely come here again .

Stay was pleasant and breakfast was okay

They didn't provided handwash in the hotel and a single towel. Aside from that tv remote was broken and room very congested.

Very nice comfortable stay

The hotel location is good. But the lift was not working in the hotel and the maintenance was poor. There is no provision of toiletries. I don't have any photos to add.

Stay was good, well maintained rooms, wifi available, staff are responsive, close hotel to many IT parks

Rooms are fine and there is not parking space and just above average can be better.

Room is very small and not able to eat freely in single table. Receptionist behavior is too-much as she charged 500 as fine for small gravy strain on blanket which can bd washable. Its not fare to react with guests who accommodated for one day. There is no problem for paying if we did any damage to any property inside the room but the way she is urging the guests is not the right way and fare to accept it. One of the staffs in that hotel took pics in his phone, anyone can check it if it charges 500 or not.

Not so great experience. There was no soap/shampoo or dental kit provided. The room was not even cleaned and arranged the next day.

Property location food amenities and services were good. Though the food was not available but the hotel service were good

Room was average and lacked basic amenities. No water/low pressure in the washroom on day one, missing bath jug, and no towel or toiletry kit provided. Disappointing stay.
