Clean and neat, very close to AIIMS Delhi, located in highway - felt very safe to stay. Staff were good and polite too

Rooms that I booked where degraded to cheaper ones. I had to literally quarrel with the desk to give me the rooms i booked. Spoiled my mood for whole day Also now that I am trying to give a terrible rating

The location was convenient, the property's food was great.

I booked hotel for 3 adults but when we reached room was too small there was no space for extra bedding

All other things were good, food was nice but parking is a problem. Had to park 100 mtr away, that too on road.

Ashoka Hotel is well located for AIIMS Gorakhpur. The breakfast was above average but it was ready only around 8 am. The room I stayed in had no window and during a power cut (no ac), the room became very stuffy. The room is also very small. Most surprisingly, the hotel did not have an iron and it was very difficult to send my clothes outside to get them pressed. The service was below average, except for Mishraji who worked enthusiastically. Other staff seem to require more training to anticipate and quickly respond to customers.

No Parking Facility & behaviour issue

nice and decent hotel. location is easy. breakfast good. could not extent my stay. staff were gentle. ALL SHOULD SPEAK ENGLISH ALSO. INDIA IS A LAND OF MANY LANGUAGES.

We booked deluxe room for 5night almost two weeks prior but on the day of arival we were informed that there was no deluxe room available for that night, we were asked to sleep in a very low quality room which was very suffocating. Though they provided us rooms from the next day onwards, they dint refund us for the first night.
