The location of the stay is very nice and the cliff area is just 2 minutes away. However it does not have any sea view. It’s definitely not a heritage property.

Peaceful stay with zero small ta

It was an okayish stay. The best part is that it’s close to the beach. The manager, Mohammad Nazeer, and the staff were polite and professional. The room was small, but for a night, it was decent. What we appreciated most was that the host, Suresh, gave us space and didn’t engage in small talk which my introverted family found quite comforting. If you’re an introvert looking for a peaceful, quiet stay, this place is worth considering.

The location is perfect if you’re looking to escape the crowds, with the serene north cliff just a minute’s walk away and all the best restaurants within a two-minute stroll. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, allowing us to check in early without any hassle. A special shoutout to the property manager, mohammad, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was exceptionally kind and helped us arrange cabs to visit the mangrove forest and for our journey back to the airport. His attentiveness and willingness to provide any information we needed truly stood out. I’d love to visit varkala again, and aryavilla would definitely be my top choice for accommodation!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at aryavilla heritage and i must say the experience was truly exceptional largely thanks to the outstanding efforts of the manager muhammed. From the moment i arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was smooth and comfortable, specially for my baby. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive. And always willing to assist with any request whether it was arranging transportation or offering local recommendations. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained and very near to the cliff. I highly recommend aryavilla heritage to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Poor Stay

Good only. Only problem, power backup is not there so struggled one evening to mid night. Anyway they prepared the mobile generator next day itself but we struggled one night. Apart from that, manager is very good person. He is good and polite

soloThe hotel staff was very helpful but the local transport providers fleece people off their money by charging exorbitant prices. The room was spacious and clean. However, there is no running hot water.

groupLocation is pretty close to the beach, but away from the noise and chatter. Property is clean. Amenities are enough for people who mostly want a place to keep their stuff and head out. Air conditioning, geysers etc were functional. Extra bedding situation can be improved. Maybe add a dressing setup (mirror etc) staff was very courteous and helped in arranging for shuttle service.
