Review Of Arvi Residency Guest House

Need to request multiple times for hot water, soap and towel given only on asking, no drinking water,

Well mannered, friendly and helpful staff, Good service and cooperation. Decent Food and large variety of Food items as per the demands of the guest.

1. No ventilation hangers are not available for clothes in bathroom. 2. No chairs for sitting. 3. Soup cases not there in bath room 4. Geyser is not there 5. Bath table is not there in bath room 6. No tea cattle

I was stayed with two family. I am suggesting don't book arvi residency because their ac are not working properly in all room and after complaining manager of this hotel say this is happen due to low voltage. This issue is not corrected by my whole 3 days stay. I was booked ac deluxe room but not fully enjoy it. You will face such problems so.

The worst experience i ever had in a guest till now. No proper cleanliness no water supply.

I have book here deluxe ac room and when i am arrived there no cleaning of room in the room lots of dust and durty room, and i have arrived there at 12 after the arrival i am waiting 1. 5 hrs for room. I have veri bad experience on this room, i am feeling lots of cigrate smells out side of room. Sorry i have not taken photographs i am leave the room

The receptionist was well behaved but there were no amenities and the bathroom didn't have bucket and mugs otherwise an ok experience

Room was not that much good it was so so. Hotel was neat and clean. Location was good and convenient. Staff was good and food was also delicious. I recommend this hotel to others.

The stay was nice. The rooms were not so good. The cleanliness was average. The staff was ok. No food is available in the hotel. It is located near the Kai Biswanath temple.
