Nice place to stay. Cordial staff

Pathetic hotel. Worse experience of stay. Actual cost of the hotel room is 1200

Not supporting staff, no amenities in room like - shop, towel, glass etc. No one to pickup luggage either checking or check out time. Washroom also not clean. Tv was there but nothing was playing, we told to reception guys but he said it's not working and there is no one for resolving this issue

Rooms need renovation most of the hotels rooms are closed even restaurant kitchen is not functioning had paid extra money for breakfast but just bought some tea and parathas in the room not satisfied not up to the mark out of expectation

Hotel was good. Property is OK. But not maintained. And staff was also so lazy. They don't want do any thing. Lot of cockroaches are in room and bad also. No hot water available. No ready to listen any thing.

Rooms and facilities are below from average. This is a the worst experience for me, it's not value for money hotel. Back office staff are not suitable as hotel industry room standard is so poor, it's just like a worth rs 700 to 900 range. So my feedback to all the viewers is negative for this hotel and suggest to the hotel management to improve the quality of your rooms as well as your services. Towels and other accessories is not perfect, beds and other facilities are too old, bathroom is also not comfortable and in a very poor condition, no hot water, system is not perfect there is no corner inside there and other accessories like hand zetter and other is not good, so it's sorry to say that I am not comfortable to stay in this hotel and don't want to stay again in this property. So my advice is to avoid this hotel unless they rectify all the facilities.

Room size is very small and facing problems of insects. After complained so many times no response from hotel staff. Then I have made call to make my trip then only they change my room. So I have rated this hotel below average.

This is the most pathetic hotel I have ever been to. The hotel claims it to be a 3 star hotel but it doesn't look like one. The room is full of mosquitoes and not cleaned. Hell of a problems in the hotel. The people are not friendly and they only know how to pool your money from you. The tariff is higher only do to it's proximity of the location.

My stay at Hotel Arch was average. The room was not giving the feeling of freshness. The food was average. The room paint was not proper. Tea taste was bad as if the tea is prepared in bulk & served to the guest from that bulk. Overall the services were average. A lot of improvement in overall services is required to make the stay pleasant for which the management has to do lot of hard work at every front.

Had originally booked Hotel Tilak but MMT changed booking to Arch Manor as rooms were unavailable. Arch Manor is on decent location but hotel is not maintained. Rooms stink and found many cockroaches. Called MMT to change hotel but no luck or support. Please do not stay here if traveling for business / leisure.

It was worst experience one can think of. Very bad room. Leaking toilet, Geyser not working, clogged wash basin and no ventilation. Very unfriendly staff. The only thing good about this hotel is location but that is totally offset by the very bad experience. I am really surprised that this being listed by Makemytrip. Please delist it> my trust on Makemytrip has been betrayed.
