Very very bad, don't book this hotel, rooms are also so unhygienic and toilet also. Very bad experience.

No one book agar apna book kaya to ye kuch b hi pkda denge bed sheet fati fan chal rha hva nhi aa rhi.

Dear team, I had booked hotels for 2 days from 12th to 14th for my trip. Hotel name Apna Shyam Bhawan near Khatu Shyam Mandir Rajasthan. I am here since yesterday. What service charges did you take, when no service is provided here, neither the room is cleaned even once, nor is any water provided in the room, about which I complained 2-3 times to Apna Shyam Bhawan coordinator, but did not get any response from him. Please return my service money to me. The bathroom has not been cleaned even once. Please return my money to me. I did not expect such a dirty service. I booked a stay for 2 nights here. I am stressed after getting it done and I did not expect this. If you have charged service charges then I should also get it. You people have ruined my holiday trip. Please return my money now because I am stressed and I am staying here with my family.

This staff is very good and directly service on call basis and staff is good nature all rooms are very neat and clean

Room which was there is not attached toilet mention in your site if possible i have paid extra amount for attached toilet hot water not available in toilet in winter all need gears in toilet

It was great experience to visit khatu shyam mandir kota and it was good place which is very near to khatu shyam mandir and it is a walking distance from this place.

The stay was very terrible. The things written were fake. Bathroom shower was broken no restaurant service only one worker and keeper. There was no parking after long discussion and argument i park near gate but my car was dented badly full car door smashed very bad service

First time hear- room without bathroom. By mistaken (bathroom=breakfast) i choose without bathroom, bhut after reaching hotel with my family trying to upgrade my booking with bathroom but nobody responded. After call to mm t i got towel and blanket. There is no bathroom utility like handwashing, soap, sampoo. I recommend mm t please don't register this type of hotel in your list for only making money. Please care of customer trust also.

Facilities are not good as expected, room was not good, there was nothing to communicate to reception to order anything.

We had a double bed in our room with an extra mattress, no attached bathroom (the floor had a shared bathroom space with 3 toilets in separate entities. There was drinking water cooler on first floor, where we also had a kitchen / dining space. The staff was friendly and helpful. Really worth the price. Proximity to the temple and the kund.
