Review Of APEX RESIDENCY INN

I didn't like the stay much. No one is there to help us to settle down with laggage. We had to carry our entire luggage by. No bathroom accessories were available. No one was there to ask us .

I book the hotel for 26-27 september with wife and daughter. The hotel atmosphere is so pathetic than I have ever seen. Room and bathroom is very small and bathroom lights are not properly working. No soaps and paste is provided . After repeated request they provide one sample soap for 3 persons but no toothpaste. They said that providing toothpaste is beyond their policy 😇😇.I was compelled to wander 2-3 kilometers to buy a toothpaste in that morning but no shops are opened at that time and to have breakfast without brushing . At last I shouted to the reception staff and after that only they provide me one toothpaste. The blankets provided are dusty and totally the stay was a horrible experience to me

The Stay is perfect well maintained and have all the needed amenities, if i go Trivandrum again I'll only choose Apex Residency Inn

Location is good.Good accessibility to Padmanabha temple.Good service from staffs side.Very neat rooms. But in room no proper stands to keep belongings.Dental kits,shampoo ,moisturiser not available which all otger restaurants are providing.

Service and amenities were good. Felt an overall fresh feeling since the property is brand new. Location of the property is also good as it has easy accesses to trivandrum railway station and the great pathmanabhaswami temple though the road to property from main road is bit narrow for few meters.
