The location was good. Hardly 10mins from the location to engineering college by toto. The room quality is great. Food was awesome. Freshly cooked and very hot. All required amenities are available. Whenever i visit next time, this property is definitely on my list. Hardly 3-4yrs. New property. Highly recommended.

This is horrible experience to stay in apex hotel. We have stayed in room number 505 and where washroom is totally damage situation, the shower is totally breakable. 0 rating. Request you to kindly visit room no 505 once

On arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a senior personnel who kept confirming time and again if we had two rooms. Never before we experienced such booking problems with a hotel through mmt. We kept waiting for minutes at a stretch just for the check-in formalities to get completed. The rooms had no toiletries, the tea coffee maker was leaking, the rooms are small compared to standard double rooms on hotel for a price tag of a 3 star hotel. The bathroom had fungus growing from it. The housekeeping was a mess. The food were bland or under-cooked and took a lot of time to be prepared and served. However, the persons employed with the hotel always tried their best in helping us out in terms of service and attention. Staff shortage reflects and there is only as much they can do if the management running the hotel doesn't care about the comfort of tourists. Even they curse their top brass. In short, we had a horrible overall experience.

Hotel is nice and tidy, no complaints. Staff was good also. Sometimes during my stay the ac was not working but they fixed it after sometime. The only real cons is that the food is a bit pricy.

Excellent facilities. Overall value for money

As a frequent traveler to berhampore. I found this new hotel totally good and up to mark compared to a good business hotel. Rooms are well decorated, bathrooms are neat always, centrally ac and very good food. The stafs are well behaved and service is quick. I am very much satisfied with the hotel will also recommend my friends in fmcg.
