, As mentioned over call, we had done this booking on specified hotel with the trust we have in make my trip with n expectation that these hotels are verified and trusted, but never expected the standard of the hotel to be this low. While travelling to an unknown location the only trust we have is hotel is verified since we are booking through a trusted site. I am okay to charge me per day for this hotel not more than that, remaining I need to get refund. If no proper resolution, I should take to social media with all these attached videos and photos. The hotel Unpaid is just worth Issues - 1) False information and photos - The hotel didn't had bathtub, hot water facility. 2) Broken furniture and wall. 3) Never changed bedsheet , pillow cover. 4) Old tea bags and open water bottle. 5) No menu in breakfast, it was hard and fast rule that only dosa is available . Then emthey should have mentioned it prior. 6) No in room phone service. 7) No option of inroom dinning. 8) Room was never brooked, it was filled with Lizards. 9) Room was smelling bad, no facility of cleaning room even after requesting . 10) Restaurant was smelling bad, not clean, no menu, unclean tables.

Bad housekeeping, toilet fixtures broken, water leaking, and flooded the restaurant wash area. AC was not working, refrigerator not working. No towels. Bedsheets were clean, food was ok.

I had a pathetic experience. The room and washroom were not cleaned properly. The remains of the guests who stayed in the room were lying there when we checked in. There was not enough staff for housekeeping. When we booked the room, we were given the option of complementary breakfast. But the food was not tasty nor fresh. The restaurant was very poorly maintained. Altogether, the stay was terrible and i do not recommend the hotel to anyone travel-ling to adoor.

Being a business traveller my priority is a clean room with amble facilities this hotel has lived up to mu expectations

Hotel andrea regency in pathanapuram is a true gem. During my one-day stay, i was thoroughly impressed by the luxurious bath fittings and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me to check in early. It's undoubtedly the best hotel in the area, and i highly recommend it.

Hotel is located near town and it was very easy to find the property. Vast car parking along with the 24hr security person right infront of it. Rooms are clean and tidy with very good quality furnishings. Manager and the other staffy were very kind heart-ed and well mannered throughout my stay. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to have a good quality peaceful stay

We visited this hotel october 2021. The staff were very great and quality sevice, so, the eat is varity and excellent, also the rooms were cleand and confort bed. It has a fantastic location for the people that visit the town for work. Will recomendet thes hotel for all persons that to travel this area.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Nice property fully room sanitize morning breakfast very tasty. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting pathanapuram.
