Ac was not properly working. Shower was not working. Power supply interruption was there throughout the stay

Customer service good but night power supply very bad ac automatically off and on. Bedsheets very very small totally uncomfortable sleep

Poor Stay
They have mentioned complimentary 3 hours earlier checking in. But they say it we mentioned like that but we are not allowed early to check in. And treating the guest was not good. Bad below average

The room was clean and it was a calm place to stay, the staff were very helpful in arranging the rooms and rickshaw to the railway station. I only had a problem with the ac as it wasn't cooling enough.

Good Stay
Room was okay, no issue staircase there is a gap if you miss your leg will go inside the gap. Very dangerous when you stand and fill up your details in register and take one step behind. I noticed this gap in first, second floors, kindly close it for safety of all guest, staff who are using the staircase.

Stay at amutham was pleasant
The stay was excellent. Rooms very clean and washrooms were well maintained. Restaurant available in the same property. Food is also good. Receptionist mr sampathkumar was a very nice person and check in was very smooth. Nice property at this rate.

Absolutely worst service and worst room!
Cheaters! we booked ac room 5 days before itself but when we reached they said all rooms are booked and no rooms available. He gave my room to some other person. After i fought he ask me to wait for 1hour and he give me one room that is under renovation. He also ask extra 500 for that non ac room. I fought and i didn't pay. The lock of the door won't work from outside. We booked ac rooms and he give me normal room. The fan of the room makes noise. The neighbour room was under construction so sound came till 12pm. And the receptionist was fully drunk. He made me tense and he is not conscious of what he is speaking.

It was not good. Bathroom was not clean. Room was dirty & not cleaned one. Bachelorls may stay. But, not suitable for family staying.

Good Stay
Rooms were clean and well maintained with 24*7 hot water facilities. Restaurant on the ground floor is an added advantage. We can have food and order coffee/tea when we need. Overall stay was nice.

Poor Stay
It was not a hotel it was a lodge, bed sheets were stained and bathroom was stinky, also it was not as shown in the pictures. Also i won't be paying for a lodge i need 50% refund of my money i paid for this bad property.

It half an hour to check in, tv was not working, they told me to adjust, extra bed and pillows are kept beside, room was full of mosquitos, no water bottle was given, very bad experience i will never book this hotel in any situation. Restaurant food was horrible.

familyGreat staff ! so well behave and caring. Their restaurant is of great quality. I appreciate the cook, he understands customer requirement and prepared great food.
