Lift not working

The property location is good on Dindukal high way just 5 mins drive from Railway station and Busstand. Room is good and other facilities like hot water in bathroom are also good. Parking facility not available. Restaurant is available nearby. They can improve in restroom and staff a little bit professional. Overall it is OK.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a memorable experience. Hotel staff were very courteous. Room was excellent and well maintained. Breakfast was quite tasty with variety of items to choose from.

The rooms are really spacious and they approved my request for early checkin .. I stayed here for official purpose and they had good WiFi connectivity along with back up power supply .

We chose the property to stay the night during our travel from Chennai to Kodaikanal. The room cost was slightly high for a normal lodge. The rooms were clean and the only difference compared to a normal lodge was that they provided complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was idly, Pongal, fried vermicelli, Vada and coffee. The food taste was quite good and seemed like home preparation.

They charged 30 rupees for room service when there was no service atall, no soaps in the bathroom except for a small shampoo bottle that is enough for even one person, the Ac. The evening staff were ok but in the morning the lady at the counter seemed rather grumpy

the room was clean, the washroom was dirty, no room service, no drinking water , poor service, no restaurant and breakfast was worst, ordered a coffee sugar was filled of ant 🐜 overall not recommended for family for bachelor it's ok.

Property is only 3kms from railway station and is in a prime locaton. Room was well maintained and service was very good. Food was not available at the hotel, but there are restaurants nearby.

Booked for family but there are few issues with the room tap was broken and the water was flowing non-stop, even after complaining no one resolved. Blankets were dirty hidden by the covers toilet seat was broken. Free mosquito kisses hotel staff was helpful, room was clean, ac was working fine, and rooms are big

The stay was good. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was polite and helped even in the middle of the night. Very hygienic and clean for this price point. A/C was a bit slow to cool but it worked. 👍

Good moderate kind of hotel. They are too commercial in costing. Breakfast is very good. Staffs are good and they are doing the best they can. I think the management must liberalise the day tariff and extra person without bed for kids

Really so happy to stay in jk residency. Warm welcome from front office and quick check in. Rooms are clean and maintained well. Really excellent service manager taking care our service.

Hotel location is ok but hotel room maintenance is not at par. No proper facilities in bath room. Room service and break fast average quality. No 24 hours tea coffee support
