Had a hard time finding the property while check in. room located above one cafe (bar. entrance and walkway feels so cheap and massy and reminded me of some dirty oyo. but flat we had is very good.neat Nd clean and feels like home along with kitchen and utensils. only downside in the room is only 1 bedroom has attached bathroom and other bedroom should be used with common bathroom. and wifi is useless. near to baga beach with 15mins walk. riverview is not so worthy. Comming to food there is no separate dine area. you have to depend on the cafe bar in down stairs or river side restaurant just opposite to property. food over that restaurant is ok and above average

Poor Stay

Not a family friendly place. Don't pay upfront. Also doesn't have a proper reception or safety. Make my trip customer service is not available in the property. In an emergency no one is there to address your issues or safety. Any amount paid through make my trip app is gone forever. Better see the hotel and then pay if you are ok with it. Never give your personal details or documents to roomboys. No proper hotel policy adhered.

Excellent Stay

It was nice staying there. The view is amazing. Rooms were good and clean and service was good. Owner mr pal is a nice guy. He made us feel overwhelmed.

Prop-arty owners are very good staf also very good but bed are very uncomfortable we stay 4 night but everyday ant are on our bed i complain to owners but reasult is 0 and no mirror anywhere in bedroom or hall so very difficult for ready food is good

Nightmare to stay

It was the worst hotel i have ever booked and stayed. To start from, no one were available during the check in process. We have to carry the bags on our own to the first floor without a lift. We specifically booked this apartment as they were providing an induction cooker which was essential for cooking for my 1 year old daughter. On arrival day itself induction was not working. Called many times to the host of the property mr. Dilip seems least bothered about their guest issues. He never picked the calls. That day these people made me cook in the kitchen which was used by their mades. It was not at all clean but i was helpless as i needed to cook for my daughter. Mr. Dilip and his fellow ashwin are least bothered about guests issues. Dilip simply said he cannot arrange alternate induction as it was raining in goa. At least he could give some other digestible reason. There were frequent power cuts in that area but no power back up arrangement, we used to wait for electricity for hours but no support from owners. The surprising part is that there was power back up for the owner's house but not for guests. I believe if that is the case then they should have shut the apartment services rather than letting their guests suffer. No daily cleaning used to take place, no Lenin was changed on a daily basis despite us telling them to change. The geyser was not working. There's a laundry list of issues if i have to tell which the owner and staff are not cared to address and only interested in charging money for providing nothing. Pathetic staff mr. Ashwin i think he should be fired from work. Mr. Dilip i feel that you should encounter the same incident which i had then probably u feel why someone calls multiple times. If anyone plans to book this property please read the above review and then think if it.

Dear guest, first of all you were provided the apartment early in the morning instead of 2pm standard check-inn time (without any charges) & the boy did helped you with your luggages, the available induction was working fine (your own utensil which you were carrying wasn't compatible with it, you forgot to mention that after informing at night we had provided another induction next morning itself, power cut was there during last night of your stay & the generator was not power on as you were out of the property, no other guests were in the property too, we put on the generator after noticing that you were back in the apartment. Near baga beach appx. 750 mtrs. Baga river in front of property. Kitchen is ready for use. Covid protocol is not following in the property.
