The hotel had taken an booking and was refusing to give us our booked family room. Lights were flickering. No restaurant facility at all. The excuse was that chef left the job just 2 days ago. So lame. The cleanliness was not up to the mark. The people who had offline booking were playing songs on a full size loudspeaker. Despite asking multiple times, the hotel admin did not listen to us. We had to vacate the hotel within 4 hours of checking in despite having a booking for 2 nights. Some sort of open construction going on in middle of the premises without any safety rails. Not safe too. Not a place to go at all. Worst experience ever. Not recommended for anyone at all.

Basically the place is in a very good location. The rooms are very spacious with a good interior. The issue was that, in any of the room there is no landline available to call the reception, you have to go every time to reception or call on their personal number. The second issue was that in one of the rooms assigned to us, there was no locking door possible from the inside. It was a major concern, when asked there from one of the workers, they said that they have already communicated to management but no one fixed that. I have done the booking for around 1 month before but even then it wasn't fixed. It was a serious security concern.
