it's my worst stay. room is not cleaned. manager told me room cleaning and bed sheet change will be done once in two days.though room key was there in hotel while i left for work. water bottle also given for once though booking done for 2 nights.room is literally untidy..

Denied entry into the hotel, as one of the guests(female) could not produce valid id. Despite repeated requests and promise to produce it next morning staff was unhelpful. We had to move to other hotel late night.

The amount paid by us was satisfied no food were provided by guest house and the staff of the hotel was also very helpful.

Average hotel. Staff behaviour is friendly. Cost is high according room area and facility.

The hotel is located in the basement of a building. Ventilation system was very poor. There were only two helping staffs. The rooms were very small. They have a single sized bed which they are representing as a double sized bed. Washroom was very tiny. Food services were terrible.

Small rooms but enough for a single person. For short stay good in budget.

Excellent experience, value for money, though rooms are small, but perfect for money. Cleanliness, staff behaviour remarkable. Cook and reception matchless. Towel, bed sheets, pillow cover all are good and fresh and white. Food is hot and plain as good as home. My business tour purpose between City based clients and outer Side City communications are available from guest house. Safety and security is also good. Good hospitality. Every thing is good location wise. Staff is very good.

Hotel is at prime location of Bistupur, Jamshedpur. Hotel food was quite good and tasty.

Guest house is in basement. Run operated by two persons. No luggage boy. You have to carry your luggage to room by yourself. No restaurant inside. May be you can get food. Ask owner for help. Will get a towel, one water bottle, one soap during check-in. No mobile signal in basement. Owner is cooperative. Room has a bed, fan and AC, table, chair, mirror, TV. Toilet is of western type. Geyser available. No cheap restaurant nearby. Only restaurant available is the host which is extremely costly. Blanket, bed sheet, pillow is little itchy, I guess.
