Clean ans spacious rooms. The staff was also cooperative

Not Worth the money charged. Hot water not available all the time customer service hampered due to minimum staff employed at hotel

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days with my family. It was a very comfortable stay with the best service. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. The rooms are well furnished, neat and clean. Even the Bathrooms are fitted with modern fittings with proper layout. The food is another highlight, delicious food. Overall I would say it is value for your money.

The hotel is situated 5 km away from city. There is no transport available for pick up or drop, but the ambiance and decor is good, management didn't bother about hospitality and service, were more commercial with the groups they had and have running business so there in fact no reason why they require individual customers coming by themselves, there is no one at the reception to answer your call or to attend to you, in fact when there is no group around the generators are turned off, so you have no electricity, all request to turn on the geyser fell on deaf ears there is not much we could do. But I must acknowledge and thank the south Indian cook. This gentleman was very polite and hardworking and cooked very good food. There was a lady to serve us food. I am really sorry didn't get their names.

Good hotel and value for money. Location is not very good, but at that location superb hotel. We enjoyed our stay at hotel Ganga. One thing which hotel need to act on is change the Google app location from old to new location.
