experience was good, caretaker shyam ji is very nice person nd helpful in nature, property location is good 👍. Food is not available because of kitchen renovation otherwise all goes well, restaurants are available near the homestay so it's was not gave any trouble for food. overall time spent well in this property.

The approach and location was very serene. Very good rooms Hospitable care taker of the property.

It has been a horrible stay at the hotel. A lot many facilities claimed by the hotel turned out to be not functional/available. The caretaker there, by the name shyam, is an utterly ill-mannered person. Not only he doesn't have etiquettes how to behave with guests but also he is very derogatory towards woman. I had visited there with my wife and sister in law. On the day of check-out, he comes to our room at 10 am to tell that it's time for check-out. I politely conveyed to him i have my cab booked for 11. 30 am and we will surely leave by then. Then during checkout, he said something for women which i can't write and is extremely extremely despicable. There are plenty of good reviews. I don't know if all are authentic even. Nevertheless, i would suggest you to kindly choose wisely there are plenty of stay options there.

Calm and soothing ambiance the owner and the staff were very nice and cooperative. Perfect for family.

Beautiful place to stay with family, hasal free from city crowd, mr. Rajendra ji (front office, mr. Shyam singh ji (cook)both are very polite and cooperative persons. Neat & clean rooms, food was tasty.

property is located very near to Naukutiatal lake.Had the amazing mountain view.very calm place to stay.once you get down you can go for boating,paragliding,hot air balloon and other activities.Food was totally awesome, you will get fresh food to eat ,rooms are clean and well maintained.staff was very polite.If you are looking stay for relaxing, it is the perfect stay.

It was a great stay here as a couple. Would recommend this homestay aesquire for future couple travellers as well. Would love to come back in future.

This honestly is placed at a perfect location! quiet and serene place along with neat and clean rooms. It was a wonderful stay and with good homely made food. Highly recommend place if you are going group or family.

Approach road is not very car friendly. Parking is available. Mattress was very hard.
