Review Of Aceotel Select Aria,Bhopal - A Luxury Boutique Hotel

The room wasn't maintained well. The sheets weren't changed and were stained. I had to call the housekeeping, who changed only the bedsheet but not the pillow or blanket. Terrible service.

Hotel was nice and clean . Thier restaurant was also very nice . We had a very nice stay . The staff was very polite and calm

We reached hotel before check-in time. They said check-in will be done at 12 noon. At 11:30 we asked again. They said room is not ready, give us 10 min. At 12:10 also they are saying same thing that it will take 10 min. When we started questioning them that it is already 10 min past check-in time then gave us our room. It was a family suit which we have booked, curtains were not there. They will put curtain but no one came that day. Next they brought one curtain that was not of that window only covering half of the window. They never sent anyone to check AC. Was also not working and when we complained that AC is not working they said we are sending someone. They didn’t sent anyone for 2 days. On our 3rd day we again complained regarding AC then they said “ wo toh kharab hai, ho nhi paayega”. Then why the hell they are taking booking for that room…when we said Ki room change kro humara then they said family room toh ek hi hai.then we said ok then provide us 2 rooms. They said wo nhi ho paayega. We can arrange one room with extra bedding.. after complaining for like 100 time they respond. All staff members are inexperienced. They don’t know hospitality. After calling 4-5 times they will send water. Terrible service. Inexperienced staff

This is budget hotel, so price seems to be bit on higher side. Service is slow, food is not upto the mark. Hot water was not available for 2 days out of 3, although they provided heated water in bucket on request. They did not even clean room till checkout. Basic amenities like iron was not available per room, rather one for whole hotel. Upon request, and multiple follow ups got iron after 1 day. Room size was good, and big TV with OTT appa was available. Its near to airport, so convenient for someone travelling by flight.

Location: Excellent, right on the the highway Rooms: My room was average. The roof had seepage. But other than that nothing to complain. Bathroom: Below average. The flush was not working Staff: The staff was very casual and they did not care about the issues I raised related to flush and door.

The room was very congested. The bathroom was horrible in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. No routine cleaning and drinking water in the room. It was a bad stay experience and the same was not expected for MMT certified hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Their service was nice. The washroom was well stocked with toiletries. Complimentary breakfast had variety and tasted amazing. Lunch was also tasty but was a oily

They have charge for food order done by another fellow of about Rs 830. please get it refunded at the earlies

We booked a honey suite, check in time was 12pm and they couldn't get the room ready till 3:40pm, then it was a special birthday occasion so we got the room decorated from their reference, then the ac stopped working suddenly at 9pm and it didn't work it next day 1pm, all this time we requested to switch to a new room while suffocating in the unventilated room, the receptionist does not know how to talk and We were given a new room which was a downgrade from the one we paid for, for which no compensation was made, at last the 2nd room we were allotted also had issues in the ac vents and we could inhale the smoke from ciggeretes from some other room. We would not recommend this property as the staff is highly inefficient, untrained and unprofessional

Stay at Acetoel was very peaceful and the best part is it's just 10 mins drive from the Bhopal airport. Very Comfortable home away from home stay at Aceotel The trip was very enjoyable because we were very well taken care by Aceotel Inn staff and Based right in heart of city with great food and ambience.staff is friendly and cooperative very clean and main tend property Always recommend to my friends. Very nice hotel in a superb location..Rooms are super clean and well decorated..inhouse restaurant is also good.. rooms and washrooms are very clean .. recommended for short or long stay.. they have 21 rooms to offer with different varieties..great property..staffs are really helpful and well behaved..

The room had all the amenities. Bathroom was spick and span!! The breakfast was delicious. Service was prompt. Staff gracious. Location had parking, enough space, quiet and it was easy to commute through public transport from there.
