Review Of Aamraa Resort

1. Flooring was cracked from various places. 2. ⁠we were their for 2 days, in those 2 days electricity went for almost 15-16 times. 3. ⁠There were too many spider, spider web, flies, cockroaches & various insects. 4. ⁠Bed sheet & curtains had various stains, which was unpleasant. 5. ⁠Wash basin & surrounding area had so much stain, it was pathetic. 6. ⁠Wardrobe had spider & spider web inside it, as if it was opened after ages. 7. ⁠Jet spray wasn’t working. 8. ⁠Main bathroom tap, was fully broken.. at times it came in hand. So we had to call a plumber. 9. ⁠TV & wifi was so slow that you almost end up sleeping. 10. ⁠Most Important, staff & management were not trained.. they didn’t even care for check in & check out.. they didn’t even asked for room service or complimentary breakfast.

The property is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse which is really good with a nice view.. it's built around mango tree which they didn't cut. So branches of tree are in the room which is unique. Food is quite tasty too. The entire property is tastefully done. The issue is with service and professionalism. Staff is nice and warm but not trained well. The waiter doesn't know details about the dish. Housekeeping staff came inside the room with his shoes on - especially when outside it was damp due to rain. Attendant didn't know how to connect with WiFi. There's no bell or phone so we need to call the main number for any issues. In the morning suddenly water was odd creating obvious issues. It got restored after 30min. I'm sure the property is new so these issues are obvious. If they are able to resolve, then it's a place worth going.

There’s no washroom attached to the room. Pathetic if you are travelling with a female. Zero value for money. The stay was located far away from the city. The major drawback was the unavailability of attached bathroom which is very difficult to manage by the ladies. They have a common general bathroom. So I didn’t check into the rooms even after full payment. I don’t recommend the stay to anyone travelling with ladies as it’s very pathetic.

No geyser. Lots of spiders. Extremely noisy during late night if it’s raining, the roof makes tremendous sound. Not recommend.

Capsule room no have inside sapce and no washroom and dressing table its very poor service

Small resort nicely made best part is you get connected to nature with lots of mango trees with some amazing mangoes. Staff is good very supportive and good service and good food. Needs a better security and housekeeping service also timely check in should be managed well, overall nice place to spend a day and lots of places to explore nearby.

Amazing property, just adjacent to the river it's a very calm and serene experience to be at this property. Compared to other properties in this area, this property feels much more cosy and comfortable. Rajesh the manager is very helpful as well
